Imperfection is okay since we all are not perfect

That morning I felt like, I had a nice sleep, after more than 6 hours of sleep I woke up, even I woke up I did not want to get up from my bed since it was such a cold morning, while I was trying to cover me under my blanket I went through some news and I was shocked by seen it, it’s all included “Choi-Jinri/Sulli attempted to take her own life” am I still dreaming? suddenly all memories with her in my younger ages came into my mind, she is such a precious person of my life who did great acting and singing which could able to grab my attention and love. I am glad to become her fan among whole lot of fandom. I am always thankful to her because she made my life more entertain one, by using her amazing skills. I prayed thousands of times, this should not be true, she will be okay, and she will be okay, until I saw the confirmation of the suicide of Sulli by the Korean police. Now what? Why that kind of person? When she have everything in her life, all the time she was so smiley, so lively then why? At the end of that pitiful day they all said the Sulli took her own life due to depression.

Suddenly whole a list of well-known people came in to mind who suffered from mental illness but overcome and became success, such as Albert Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinchi, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Deepika Padukon, Min Yoon-Gi…etc. but why Jin-Ri took her own life? She did well in her career, seems like she had everything that she needed, she had a nice smile, and that smile was a cover, a cover which covered her all pains. So that day I realized depression is not something that I imagined. It’s broader and we cannot say just looking at the person whether he/she depressed or not.

We all can face such kind of pathetic conditions in our lives where we cannot find exact solutions, where we cannot find shoulder to cry, where we think everything happens to me, I am the one who suffering a lot than anyone else in the word so what the reason to live? At that point we all can reach to the point of giving up. Just because of a one incident we let ourselves to give up on everything and that is where we can be depressed. Depression can be occurred due to one reason and when time passed it can be grew with the whole ton of incidents and reasons. Everything happens just because of one mental breakdown, one negative thought. Only we should do is hold little bit more and overcome from that reason. It is important to know that feeling down is a normal thing in life.

Depression or major depressive disorder is a serious medical condition which should identify and gets treatments before it becomes worse. Major difference of normal mental breakdown and depression is depressed feeling is come regular basis. It is a mood disorder which negatively affects on someone’s feelings, acts and the way of thinking. Depression can be led to series of negative thoughts and emotions which might block your interest on doing daily activities. In my personal point of view depression likes a part of your mind try to control whole your emotions, sound mind and whole body because that part of you sufferer from serious anger, sad or loss of interest. Then what you should do is try to heal that part of you within yourself.

Depression affects an estimated 1 in every 15 adults (6.7 percent) and 1 in every 6 people (16.6 percent) will experience depression at some time in their life. Past scholars showed that women are more suffering from than men in depression through their studies, according to them 1 in every 3 of women face major depressed period in their lives. Differences in some chemicals in the brain may leads to depression, genetics may have higher probability for this, as example identical twins have 70 percent of probability, also people with lowest self-esteem may have higher probability than normal person. Importantly violence, neglect, poverty and abuses may also lead to depression.

In both depression and grief, they may include some level of sadness, but there is clear difference between them. In grief painful feelings came from waves but depressed feelings occurs regular basis. In grief people may able to maintain some level of self-esteems but in other hand depressed person may think that worthlessness of his/her life. Therefore being sad is not same as depression, identifying being sad and depression is really important to take treatments.

1. Felling sad or loss of interest on doing things.

2. Loss of appetite or increase

3. Sleeping trouble or too much of sleeping

4. All the time feel guilty of think that you are a worthless person

5. Difficult to take decisions, concentrating or even thinking

6. Loss of energy

7. Feel that it is not worth to live and Thoughts of suicide

8. Some medical symptoms, like thyroid problems, brain tumor…etc.

Fortunately depression is a treatable mental condition and has higher percentage of overcome from depression. Before treatments specialist may conduct few interviews and identify where should address and clarify whether it is from mental symptom or medical condition and start treatments. Medication, psychotherapy and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) are highlighted among them. Depressed person can be recover and live as normal by getting those treatments as soon as possible since this is a real illness and assistance is mostly available.

Most importantly as self-responsibility you can get actions to reduce the level of depression since without mental health everything becomes harder in life, such as do some exercise in regular basis, eat properly, sleep properly, maintain sound mind which always think positively…etc. .

As a responsible person we all have some level of responsibility towards other human beings. We should not be someone who uses words or actions to make other depressed. We all should responsible for what we saying and what we doing towards others. Do not ever think that what you have said or did not matter. Even a single word carries a weight than you and I imagine. Especially in social media after you posting something you have to take responsibility on one way or another, you cannot ignore it. Just a comment can be harmful for someone than you think. But a few nice words can heal someone’s pain; can help a person more than we think. Everyone’s lives are unique in their own ways, we all have different qualifications for different things, therefore in that point who actually have right to judge others? Who actually have great qualifications than others to teach life lessons? People live once. Don’t use it to make others’ lives harder, every time be so kind. Live in the moment. Help others to overcome from their depressions, please do not use bad mouth about others since it is worthless anyway.

Remember depression is not something we can even imagine. Even under smiley face mask depressed one might be hidden from the world. Be close to them, identify their pains, be a shoulder for someone who wants to cry, be a wiper which can wipe others tears, because we all do not know when we can be depressed. Finally be someone who can be truly proud by hearing that because of you I did not give up

Only you are the one who know that you living deep down or dying within yourself, do not try to hidden everything within yourself, just open up little bit, get immediate treatment that if you feeling loss in interest, sadness in regular basis, ask help if you need, and please don’t be so silly to think that you are the only one who suffering and everyone else in happiness, just look around, just see the others pain, do not ever stuck on one single thing and give up everything, be so glad to have this life, don’t ever be trapped by someone else’s life, do not ever put your happiness on someone else actions. Be independent and work for your dreams eventually you will be there where you wanted to be all the time, try to make best out of your life, most importantly remember you are not the only one have problems, everyone has their own problems, only the patterns are different.
