The path toward Equality

Enforcing laws and regulations is a great place to start.

When it comes to finding a solution for equality specifically for the hardworking women within our society, we need not look very far. I have come to realize that the people who are in the best position to inflict such change are our leaders.

Gender inequality in the workplace is very noticeable. Women are always the ones feeling the pain because they are the ones being mistreated, not the men. The easiest way to tell is through the wage gap. When it comes to getting paid the men are usually getting the better paychecks, not the women; they are also the ones more often than not chosen over the women when it comes to being promoted even if and when the women have the exact same qualifications as the men. Enforcing policies within the workplace can help workplaces be gender-neutral.
